Digital Vibezz, founded by Sabri Naouri, offers a variety of digital marketing solutions, including digital products such as ebooks, guides, toolkits, and The Digital Growth Academy. We also provide freelance services, including audits, marketing plans, advertising services, content creation, and digital marketing management. These services are available directly and through platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Upwork or booking directly through the website.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for freelance services must be made within 14 days of invoicing. Payments for digital products and services are non-refundable once purchased. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Affiliate Links
Digital Vibezz participates in affiliate marketing programs, promoting third-party products via Manychat, PathSocial, Amazon Marketplace, Wix, and TikTok Business on our website, blog, and social media. Purchases made through these links may generate commission for Digital Vibezz.

5. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by European law. Digital Vibezz is registered in Spain and operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration. These methods ensure fair and efficient outcomes for both parties in accordance with common freelancer practices.

7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Vibezz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Digital Vibezz makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from digital marketing strategies or freelance services.
8. Intellectual Property
All digital products, services, and content created by Digital Vibezz remain the intellectual property of Digital Vibezz. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for personal or business purposes but may not resell, distribute, or modify them without permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
Digital Vibezz is committed to protecting customer data in compliance with GDPR. Any personal information collected during transactions is used solely for service fulfillment and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Service Delivery & Timelines
For freelance services, Digital Vibezz will provide estimated delivery timelines at the beginning of each project. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

11. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate a service agreement if the other party fails to meet its obligations. Termination must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the progress of the work completed.

12. Force Majeure
Digital Vibezz shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

13. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, files, and approvals required to complete services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

14. Amendments
Digital Vibezz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sales at any time. Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
